Baked Lemon Garlic Salmon


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Lemon slices and fresh parsley for garnish

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

  4. Drizzle the lemon garlic mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley before serving.
